Eligibility

You must be 13 or older, and have a parent's permission where the law requires it.

Your content

Upload only material you have the right to use. You keep ownership of it. You grant Darb a licence to process it only to make your cards.

AI-generated cards

Cards are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Use "Report" on any card that looks wrong. Do not rely on cards as professional advice.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google.
They auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel them in your store account settings.
Each plan gives a quota of pages per period. The quota resets at renewal and does not roll over.
The free trial lasts 7 days or until its trial pages are used, whichever comes first. It is run by the app, needs no payment details and does not auto-renew.
Studying cards you already have is always free.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content or abuse the service.

Copyright takedown

If you believe material in Darb infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to support@darbedu.sa with: the work concerned; where it appears in Darb; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. We remove the material and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Termination

You can stop using Darb and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

Darb is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for results of relying on generated cards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.

الأهلية

يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا فأكثر، مع موافقة أحد الوالدين حيث يشترط القانون ذلك.

محتواك

لا ترفع إلا مواد لك الحق في استخدامها. وتبقى ملكيتها لك. وتمنح درب ترخيصًا بمعالجتها لغرض وحيد هو إنشاء بطاقاتك.

البطاقات المولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي

تُولَّد البطاقات بالذكاء الاصطناعي وقد تحتوي على أخطاء. استخدم زر "إبلاغ" لأي بطاقة تبدو خاطئة. ولا تعتمد على البطاقات بوصفها نصيحة مهنية.

الاشتراكات

تتم محاسبة الاشتراكات عبر Apple أو Google.
تتجدد تلقائيًا (auto-renew) ما لم تلغها قبل انتهاء الفترة بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل. وتُدار أو تُلغى من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر.
تمنح كل خطة حصة من الصفحات لكل فترة. تُعاد الحصة عند التجديد ولا تُرحَّل.
مدة التجربة المجانية 7 أيام أو حتى تُستهلك صفحاتها التجريبية، أيهما أسبق. يديرها التطبيق، ولا تتطلب بيانات دفع، ولا تتجدد تلقائيًا.
مراجعة البطاقات التي لديك بالفعل مجانية دائمًا.

الاستخدام المقبول

لا ترفع محتوى مخالفًا للقانون ولا تسئ استخدام الخدمة.

إزالة المحتوى المخالف لحقوق النشر (takedown)

إذا كنت ترى أن مادة في درب تنتهك حقوق النشر الخاصة بك، فأرسل إشعار إزالة إلى support@darbedu.sa يتضمن: العمل المعني؛ وموضعه في درب؛ وبيانات التواصل معك؛ وإقرارًا بحسن نية بأن الاستخدام غير مصرّح به؛ وإقرارًا بصحة المعلومات الواردة في إشعارك. سنزيل المادة وقد نغلق حسابات المخالفين المتكررين.

الإنهاء

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام درب وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط أو إغلاقها.

إخلاء الضمانات

يُقدَّم درب "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات، بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

تحديد المسؤولية

بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل المشغّل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا عن نتائج الاعتماد على البطاقات المولّدة.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين Saudi Arabia.
