Who runs Darb

Darb is run by darb madarik Establishment (Saudi Arabia). Contact: support@darbedu.sa.

What we collect

Your account email, or the Apple/Google account identifier if you sign in with Apple or Google.
Files you upload. The original file is deleted right after we extract its text. The extracted text and the cards generated from it are kept until you delete your account.
Your study history: reviews, edits and card reports.
Your device push token, used to send notifications.
Subscription status from RevenueCat: product, dates and the store transaction id.
Usage records: pages and AI cost per upload.

Who processes your data

Anthropic: the extracted text of your uploads is sent to Anthropic's API to generate cards.
RevenueCat: subscription management.
Apple and Google: sign-in and payments.
Firebase Cloud Messaging: notifications.
Our email provider: sign-in codes.

The Darb server itself is run by the operator named above.

No ads, no tracking

Darb has no ads and no tracking. We do not sell or share your personal data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data until you delete your account. Deleting your account in the app removes everything, including your sign-in codes, uploads' text, cards and study history, except anonymised purchase and usage records (product, dates, transaction id and cost, with no email and no content).

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or an export of your data, and you may object to our processing. You can delete your account in the app or by email. Write to support@darbedu.sa; we reply within 30 days.

Age

Darb is for people aged 13 and over. Under-13s are blocked at sign-up, and data we find belongs to a child is deleted.

Security

Traffic uses HTTPS, and AI keys are held only on the server.

International transfers

Our processors may be outside your country, for example in the United States.

Changes

We post changes on this page and update the date at the top.

ما الذي نجمعه

بريدك الإلكتروني، أو معرّف حساب Apple/Google إذا سجّلت الدخول بهما.
الملفات التي ترفعها. يُحذف الملف الأصلي مباشرة بعد استخراج نصه. أما النص المستخرج والبطاقات المولّدة منه فتبقى محفوظة حتى تحذف حسابك.
سجل دراستك: المراجعات والتعديلات وبلاغات البطاقات.
رمز الإشعارات (push token) الخاص بجهازك، ويُستخدم لإرسال الإشعارات.
حالة الاشتراك من RevenueCat: المنتج والتواريخ ومعرّف المعاملة (transaction id) في المتجر.
سجلات الاستخدام: عدد الصفحات وتكلفة الذكاء الاصطناعي لكل ملف مرفوع.

من يعالج بياناتك

Anthropic: يُرسل النص المستخرج من ملفاتك إلى واجهة Anthropic البرمجية لتوليد البطاقات.
RevenueCat: إدارة الاشتراكات.
Apple وGoogle: تسجيل الدخول والدفع.
Firebase Cloud Messaging: الإشعارات.
مزوّد البريد الإلكتروني: رموز تسجيل الدخول.

المشغّل المذكور أعلاه هو من يدير خادم درب.

بلا إعلانات ولا تتبّع

لا يحتوي درب على إعلانات ولا تتبّع. ولا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نشاركها.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك حتى تحذف حسابك. حذف الحساب من التطبيق يزيل كل شيء، ومنه رموز تسجيل الدخول ونصوص ملفاتك وبطاقاتك وسجل دراستك، عدا سجلات الشراء والاستخدام مجهولة الهوية (المنتج والتواريخ ومعرّف المعاملة والتكلفة، دون بريد إلكتروني ودون أي محتوى).

حقوقك

يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تصديرها، كما يحق لك الاعتراض على معالجتها. يمكنك حذف حسابك من التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني. راسلنا على support@darbedu.sa وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا.

العمر

درب مخصص لمن بلغ 13 عامًا فأكثر. يُمنع من هم دون 13 عامًا من التسجيل، وتُحذف أي بيانات يتبيّن أنها لطفل.

الأمان

تتم الاتصالات عبر HTTPS، ومفاتيح الذكاء الاصطناعي محفوظة على الخادم فقط.

النقل الدولي للبيانات

قد يكون مزودو المعالجة خارج بلدك، مثل الولايات المتحدة.
